Prerequisite: CHEM 3510 or equivalent and consent of instructor. Molecular graphics and visualization, computational quantum chemistry for molecular structure prediction, molecular mechanics force fields and their application, molecular dynamics simulations, QSAR, biochemical macromolecule modeling and analysis.
