Prerequisite: Admission to Master of Accountancy. Professional Accountants are subject to a Code of Professional Conduct. In addition, ethical conduct in both fact and appearance is a critical aspect of the practice of professional accounting. This course will focus on the concept of ethics as it applies to the profession and to the Code of Professional Conduct.
