BMGT 4100 - Staffing |
Prerequisites: BMGT3630. This course will focus on the recruitment, selection, and retention of human resources within organizations. Students will learn methods and processes by which organizations plan for their staffing needs, recruit applicants, select new employees, and socialize new employees. Students will also learn how the staffing function influences organizational performance and how the staffing function is influenced by the legal, social, organizational, and technological environments in which staffing decisions are made.
