Prerequisite: Junior or Senior standing. The purpose of this course is to assist students with exercise testing decision-making and techniques as well as to determine appropriate exercise programming for desired fitness goals. Students will learn field and lab assessments of health-related physical fitness and design exercise programs to target specific outcomes in various populations.
