MATH 1730 - Pre-Calculus Math |
Prerequisites: ACT Math score of 25 or higher or equivalent ACCUPLACER score. Two years of high school algebra, one year of high school geometry, and 12 weeks of trigonometry. Review of algebra and trigonometry; relations and functions and their graphs, including polynomial and rational functions; conic sections; inequalities; polar coordinates; complex numbers; and advanced topics in algebra. Credit will not be given for both MATH 1730 and any of MATH 1130, MATH 1710 and MATH 1720.
