Prerequisite: ACCT 3150 and ACCT 3170 with a grade of C or better. A survey of the basic concepts of taxation and the impact of federal taxation on individuals, business income, and property transactions. An introduction to basic tax research methods using available tax research databases. Accounting majors must earn a grade of C or better to graduate.
